Each cable is long enough to comfortably reach any of the participants sitting at the nearby work table.Īny user with a connected device can take control of the screen by selecting the button on the panel that corresponds to the label on the cable their device is connected with. Up to 4 separate wired sources can be connected at the same time (HDMI with DisplayPort and MiniDisplay adapters). The cables to connect wired devices can be found in the two round cubby holes embedded in the top of the mobile cart. The cart will automatically power down after 20 minutes of inactivity. If the cart was off please allow up to 30 seconds for all the components to boot up properly. The On/Off button (power button) can be used to power the cart on and off. If you don't see the AirPlay icon in your menu bar, go to System Preferences > Displays and place a checkmark next to "Show mirroring options in the menu bar when available." Then click the AirPlay icon and select the Airmedia device. Look for the rectangle icon with a black triangle beneath.

NOTE: Earlier versions of Mac OS require the use of AirPlay. Choose the appropriate AirMedia device from the menu and enter the 4-digit code listed on the large screen in the study room. Click on the Control Centre icon in the Mac's menubar.Ĩ. Then enter the 4-digit code also listed on the large screen.Ħ. Enter the IP address indicated on the lower left of the large screen in the study room. It will be in the Applications folder or Launchpad.ĥ. Download the Crestron AirMedia Client software for Mac, and install it on your personal laptop.Ĥ.

In the search bar, enter the receiver’s IP address listed on the large screen in the study room.ģ. To determine which version of Mac OS you have, open the Apple menu and select "About this Mac".Ģ. Mac OS version 11 or higher is required to use AirMedia.
